Ms. Baker is the President, CEO, and COO of Accolade Property Management, Inc. and is responsible for the general operations, development of procedures and policies, budgeting and value engineering, oversight of all departments including marketing, accounting and maintenance and direct responsibility for the strategic direction of the company. Ms. Baker has over 40 years of experience in the property management industry. Ms. Baker’s direct responsibilities have included managing all classes of assets with a keen ability to reposition assets to take advantages in the marketplace. Ms. Baker graduated from the University of Texas, Arlington with a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate/Marketing. Ms. Baker holds a Housing Credit Certified Professional designation. Ms. Baker is committed to leadership and education in the multifamily industry and serves on several boards including the Texas Apartment Association Education Board. National awards and recognition have been noted for which assets Ms. Baker had direct responsibility, including Pillar of the Industry Award for Best Loft and Best Property Website, Texas Apartment Association’s Affordable Housing Community of the Year, Dallas’ DBCA Obelisk Award-New Initiatives and Charles L. Edson Excellence in Affordable Housing.

Ms. Verduin is the Senior Vice President for Accolade Property Management. She is responsible for the oversight of the accounting department and cash management. Ms. Verduin’s direct responsibilities include special projects such as being a liaison between independent auditors and the property owners of the managed assets. She is also responsible for tax reporting for the corporation. In addition to her accounting responsibilities, Ms. Verduin coordinates the operations of the human resource department. Ms. Verduin has over 30 years’ experience in accounting specifically for real estate management. Ms. Verduin graduated from the University of North Texas with a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. She is a Certified Public Accountant and a Real Estate Broker in Alabama, New Mexico and Texas.

Mr. Reynolds is the Vice President of Physical Operations. Mr. Reynolds has over 25 years experience in maintaining multifamily properties. His responsibilities include the oversight of the Physical plant, supervision of the maintenance division, development and implementation of Capital plans and the development and implementation of preventative maintenance plans and safety plans. In addition, Mr. Reynolds oversees risk management through training and physical inspections and leads due diligence for new acquisitions and punch out tasks for new construction sites. Mr. Reynolds attended University of Texas at Arlington with a concentration in Engineering. He holds a Master Electrician License, HVAC Contractor License, TRNCC Preventative Backflow Tester License, Mechanical Certification for Boilers and Pool Licenses in multiple jurisdictions.

Ms. Hughes is the Controller at Accolade Property Management, a position she has held since 2023. With over 30 years of experience in accounting and computer programming, she oversees the daily operations of the accounting department and manages owner financials. Prior to joining Accolade, Ms. Hughes worked in commercial real estate and with some of the largest residential property management companies in the U.S., where she was responsible for maintaining financial records and reporting for over 200 apartment homes.

Ms. Hughes holds a B.S. in Business with a major in Accounting. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and gardening.

As Accolade Property Management’s Compliance Director, Ms. Moreland ensures the regulatory and contractual obligations are meet at levels with local, state housing agencies and federal government affordable programs. She has worked in multifamily property management for 21 years. She has extensive knowledge and experience with Housing Tax Credit, Section 811, HOME and TCAP RF program. Through strong business relationships, Ms. Moreland is able to work closely with TDHCA and maintain a respected partnership.

Ms. Moreland began her property management career as a leasing consultant for a national property management company. In 2006, she moved into a Compliance Specialist and oversaw the daily requirements for multi-affordable programs in 7 states. Ms. Moreland has earned the esteemed Housing Credit Compliance Professional Certification and Certified Occupancy Specialist.

Ms. Dalri is the Marketing Director for Accolade Property Management bringing over five years of experience in marketing and brand management. She oversees and develops comprehensive marketing strategies that include social media strategy, advertising, website design, and company-wide events. Ms. Dalri also manages marketing collateral, online reputation, market research, and budget reviews to further leverage Accolade’s onsite marketing efforts. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Marketing from Texas Tech University and is dedicated to enhancing the company’s presence and engagement across all platforms.

Ms. Thompson joined Accolade Property Management in 2017 as the Human Resource Administrator. She began her career in finance in the public-school system with over 23 years’ experience in Finance. She was awarded the district’s MVP Award in 2015 for her service and dedication to the Finance Department. Ms. Thompson is responsible for the daily oversight of payroll and benefits administration for Accolade. Most importantly, Ms. Thompson is responsible for efforts to retain Accolade’s greatest resources, their team.

Ms. Cross is the Regional Supervisor for Accolade Property Management’s Florida Portfolio. Ms. Cross has over 17 years’ experience in multifamily property management and joined Accolade Property Management in 2008. Since 2008, Ms. Cross has excelled in the industry and was promoted to Regional Supervisor for Florida in 2017. Ms. Cross is responsible for oversight and implementation of company policies and management plans in the Florida region. She is also responsible for the recruitment and supervision of all team members and the day- to- day operations for the Florida Portfolio which consists of assets in Lease Up, Market Rate, Tax Credit, RAD, and other affordable programs. Ms. Cross oversees 14 properties totaling 1800 apartment homes. Under her supervision, her assets have exceeded our client’s projections. When not at work, she enjoys spending time with her Nieces and Nephews and loves traveling and cruising.

Ms. Donohue acts as the Director of Property Management for Accolade Property Management. Her responsibility includes oversight of the Dallas -Fort Worth region and East Texas portfolio, overseeing a diverse range of properties. With over 14 years of experience in multifamily property management, she has held various key roles including Staff Accountant, Marketing & Training Director, Regional Manager, and Director of Property Management. Proficient in marketing, Yardi software, and property management systems, Ms. Donohue excels in driving operational efficiency and enhancing property performance. In her current role, she is responsible for the implementation and oversight of company policies and management plans across the portfolio. She also leads the recruitment and supervision of all team members, while managing the day-to-day operations of the DFW/ East Texas portfolio, which includes assets in Lease Up, Market Rate, Tax Credit, and other affordable housing programs. Ms. Donohue currently has direct responsibility for over 15 properties, totaling 2,100 apartment homes.

As the South-Central Texas Regional Supervisor, Ms. Hernandez has a proven track record in managing and overseeing multi-family properties. Her wide breadth of 19 years of experience in the property management industry and 9 years of real estate experience, allows her to utilize her skills in operations, tenant relations, and ensuring properties are maintained to the highest standards. Known for strategic problem-solving, she excels in optimizing occupancy rates, reducing operating costs, and maintaining strong relationships with residents, contractors, and property owners.

She is passionate about creating welcoming and thriving communities, she currently has direct responsibilities for15 assets across the region. Her deep understanding of market trends, local regulations, and budgeting allows for the effective management of a full range of asset classes.

Ms. Laffler is the Austin Regional Supervisor for Accolade Property Management Inc. Her experience in multifamily property management spans over 19 years Joining Accolade Property Management in 2024, Ms. Laffler is responsible for recruitment and supervision of all onsite team members and the day-to-day operations of her portfolio which includes assets which are in lease up, conventional, tax credit and other affordable programs.

Mrs. Whitcomb is the Compliance Manager for the SE Region. With 42 years of experience in the multifamily industry, she has a comprehensive understanding of the industry and ensures effective compliance for the assets she oversees. For the past 27 years, she has specialized in compliance, earning certifications as a Certified Occupancy Specialist, HHCP and FHC, as well as other designations and certificates.

Mrs. Whitcomb’s responsibilities for Accolade Property Management, Inc. include compliance for all of the properties in Florida and Alabama and special assignments in Texas, consisting of reviewing and approval for all move ins and site files, preparing and attending Federal, State and investor audits. She maintains compliance for all annual utility allowances and compliance updates for her region, as well as ensuring all rent increases are accurate and implemented within guidelines. As part of her responsibilities, Mrs. Whitcomb reviews and approves all Reasonable Accommodations for the Accolade Property Management Portfolio.

Mrs. Whitcomb began her career on-site in California, serving as both an Assistant Manager and Manager for numerous years gaining invaluable onsite experience while collaborating directly with residents and navigating the complexities of HUD regulations, housing authorities and other agency requirements.

Ms. Ibarra is the Accounts Payable Manager working with Accolade Property Management for over 6 years and 15 years’ experience in Multi-Family Property Management. She is a dedicated and detailed-oriented with experience in accounting and financial operations. With her extensive experience in leadership and supervisory roles, she excels in managing teams, optimizing processes and ensuring accuracy in financial transactions. She holds the Certification in Business Office and Legal Assistant, further strengthening her knowledge of financial and administrative procedures. Ms. Ibarra has been awarded both the Abacus Award in 2019 and The Ever-ready of the Year award in 2022 with Accolade Property Management. Her organizational skills and time management abilities allow her to effectively handle sensitive and confidential information while maintaining the highest standard of integrity. Beyond her professional achievements, Ms. Ibarra is deeply family-oriented and passionate about giving back to her community. She finds joy in nurturing plants and fostering a sense of connection through her community involvement.
